This site is in honor of our fathers & grandfathers who fought for freedom in World War II.

I dedicate this website to my father, Dennis Herman LaPotin, a Marine who fought bravely with thousands of others

in the South Pacific. Upon his death in 1978, these photos were found among his personal belongings.

Over the past 25 years I have presented these photos to friends and relatives showing the "Hell" that these young

boys went through.

**Word of advice...some of these pictures are of actual death and destruction during WWll.
